Base salary of $55k-$60K plus variable comp paid monthly of $40k at goal, uncapped and can be more.
Hybrid role, in office 3 days a week
Responsibilities include being part of a team and generating leads/new client development.
Clients are small to mid-sized community banks and credit unions, calling on C level executives
The position is the entry point in the organization and can lead to field-level roles with earnings in the $250k+ range or management opportunities internally in the company.
Requirements
1+ years of sales, marketing or business-related experience is a plus but not required.
Any knowledge of banking or financial institutions is a plus
