• Manage a team of 8 pharma sales reps
• To qualify, candidates must have 1+ years of pharmaceutical field sales management experience and must have experience with new product launches
• Looking for a documented track record of success with national rankings/awards
• Base salary is $160-200K (depending on experience)
• Incentive plan offering an additional $55-60K uncapped
